Tiered Pricing

We believe in the immense value of a Christian Summer Camp experience for everyone and keeping it affordable as possible while still providing a high-quality experience.  Tiered pricing allows families to choose the price that works best for them, and offers the opportunity to take an active role in supporting the true cost of a camp experience.

  • Tier A prices reflect the TRUE COST of a camp experience.
  • Tier B prices are partially subsidized by donors.
  • Tier C prices are significantly subsidized by donors

All campers receive the same high quality camp experience regardless of what tier they pay, and all families are free to choose the option that works best for them. When registering, simply select the tier of your choice. Your selection is completely confidential.

Registration Deposit

Register online or return a completed registration form by mail or fax along with the required $100 deposit or full payment per camper. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted. All registrations will be confirmed via e-mail.

REgistration Balance

Balance of camp fees must be received 14 days prior to the start of your camp session.  A $25 fee applies on all returned checks.

Early Registration Discount

To receive the $20 early registration discount, your balance must be paid in full on or before March 1.

Payments

Full payment of camp fees, receipt of a completed health information form and the optional camper information sheet is required 14 days prior to the start of your program session. All documentation can be completed online or printed, completed and returned by USPS mail.

BunkMate

Participants may list one other individual they wish to have as bunk/cabinmate. All must be registered for the same camp program session and dates in order for the request to be honored. Friends are a valuable aspect of summer camp, and every effort will be made to honor your request.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your online or mailed registration with the required $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, a Registration Confirmation will be sent by email. Please save and refer to emails for future payment information.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by postal mail or e-mail. A refund, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit, will be granted if the cancellation request is received 15 days prior to the first day of the camp session.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in for sessions that begin on Sunday is from 4 PM – 5 PM. Check-in for sessions that begin on any other day of the week is from 6:30 pm – 7 PM. Please do not arrive before the check-in time. Camp Omega is not able to provide supervision for campers before registration begins. All sessions end with an 11:00 AM closing celebration. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

Camp Photos and Camper Mail

The photo gallery and camper mail are integrated with the registration process. During every camp session, one all camp photo along with other photos throughout the week will be taken and made available through an online photo gallery on your account dashboard. You can access the photos from the week of your camper’s registration as well as send and receive camper mail through your account.

For the Children Fund

Every child should be given the opportunity to experience Christ at Camp Omega regardless of their family’s financial situation. This campership fund is designed to offset the cost of camp for those who need assistance. But that can’t happen without you. Please play an active part in shaping the lives and faith of children and help make camp affordable for everyone, GIVE to the “Campership” fund! Every dollar goes toward providing scholarships and financial aid to campers who need it. If you wish to donate, please check the “YES!” box on the registration form and include your donation with your registration deposit or payment. On behalf of the children, we thank you!

Financial Aid

Don’t let finances prevent your child from experiencing a Camp Omega program. A limited Campership Fund Program is available. We suggest registering your child first and then applying for financial aid since many of our programs fill rapidly. Applications are available on the Parent Information page.

Tell us how we did!

At the end of each session, a survey will be sent to each family to give them the chance to share their experience with Camp Omega. These surveys help the camp see what we do well and how we can improve. Surveys are provided by QuestionPro.

A Note to Returning Guests

Camp Omega has moved to a new administration platform. This is the online database we use to do all the background work of camp (you might call it the engine under the hood). This new platform will be easier and simpler for your family to register for camp, stay in contact with your campers, and edit and change information on your profile. Things may look different, but it is still the same Camp Omega! 

Click on the “Register Now” button below. Once you are on the login page simply select “forgot my login information.” Then select “I need to reset my password” and also select the retrieval method “email.” Click on next, enter your email and enter the security code. The system will automatically send you a password reset link. After logging in feel free to explore and see what camps are available 2022!
