Head Cooks and Assistants
Head Cooks work under the direction of the Director of Food Service and are responsible for overseeing the operations of the kitchen during a shift. Duties include preparing and serving and cleaning up of kitchen area after meals. Assistants work under the supervision of the head cooks and are responsible for much of the same. Housekeeping Assistants work under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping and are responsible for preparing lodging, restrooms and meeting spaces for guest services. This position is hourly and can be seasonal or year round. Inquire by Contacting Us.
